PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE
Partners in commercial real estate
Alan Whitten started Huntington Properties in 1996 with a single building in Kanata south.
Today, we are three owners that manage 1.3 million square feet of commercial property across the National Capital Region. We are a full-service company managing all aspects of commercial property acquisition, building renovations, development, tenant fit-up, ongoing management and operations.
Our partners have a wealth of experience in commercial real estate. Together, we bring our extensive knowledge of the National Capital market to bear on strategic investment and development projects.
You’re busy making your business a success. Our goal is to get you up and running in your new space quickly and easily.
Meet today’s Huntington Properties Team.
Huntington Properties is a full-service commercial real estate and property management company. We partner with our clients to find a workplace that will help them move their business forward, and we take care of the rest. Our services include property acquisition, design and construction on renovations and fit-ups, and day-to-day operations.
Our portfolio includes a range of industrial, office, and retail space, which we continue to build as we take advantage of investment and development opportunities.
Our exceptional team is armed with more than 50 years of combined commercial and industrial real estate expertise. This depth of experience and a strategic focus on the National Capital market allows us to identify outstanding investment opportunities. We regularly establish joint ventures and partnerships with investors interested in acquiring and developing commercial properties in the Ottawa area. Our goal is to deliver long term returns through cash distributions and capital appreciation with projects that include major retrofits, vacant land developments, and building upgrades.
Our ownership entities generally buy and hold to create a stable stream of returns and includes acquisitions combined with leaseback of premises to operating companies.
