Her strong accounting skills have been put to good use not only at Huntington, but also as Administrator of a not-for-profit organization for the last 27 years. Nancy has been a part of the Huntington team since 2007 and is proud to be a part of the company’s success!

Kerrie is a graduate of Willis Business College with a diploma in Business Administration. She has also completed several Construction Management courses at Algonquin College. Kerrie has many years of experience in property management, project coordination, accounting, and construction management. Her role at Huntington Properties involves ongoing administration for Huntington Construction and Development Inc. as well as some accounts payable. In her spare time, Kerrie volunteers with Scouts Canada and the Air Cadets.
Tracy Charlebois | Property Administration Manager

Tracy joined Huntington in 2014 in Property Administration with a focus on Accounting and Lease Administration. She brought with her over 15 years of experience relating to shopping centers, industrial and office properties. Tracy manages the administration of property accounts and the team associated.

Karen has an extensive background in payables and related accounting functions. Over her 30-year career, she has worked in several industries, and has spent the past seven years in property management. Karen’s key strengths are her thoroughness and determination to resolve issues promptly. She joined the Huntington team in August 2017.
Shawn Fensel | Construction Project Manager

Shawn has been a site manager for several buildings in the Huntington Properties portfolio for over two years now. In January 2015, Shawn took over the role as Huntington Properties’ Commercial Project Manager. With a family background in construction, Shawn brings a wide range of experience and passion to his work. Shawn has several Algonquin College construction and project management courses under his belt, and enjoys playing and watching hockey in his spare time.
Lisa Westphal | Project Manager

Lisa joined the Huntington Properties team in 2010 and currently manages all land development projects. She works in partnership with a team of consulting professionals and oversees the project from acquisition to final completion. Lisa also liaises between our Leasing and Property Management groups.
Nathan Peacock | Site Manager
Nathan is Site Manager for several buildings in the Huntington Properties portfolio. He has many years of experience in contracting, construction, building renovations, and site maintenance. Nathan brings to the team a strong passion for property care, a positive attitude, and an innovative way of thinking. In his spare time, Nathan enjoys carpentry and watching hockey.
Nick Thuswaldner | Site Manager
Nick joined the team in 2015 with three years of previous property management experience. His educational background is in business management and marketing at Algonquin College. His daily focuses are on property and project management with an emphasis on customer service. In his spare time Nick enjoys spending time with this family, playing/watching basketball and is an avid fitness enthusiast.
Kelsey Black | Property and Asset Management Coordinator

Kelsey has a diploma in Small & Medium Enterprise Management, which led to her background managing mini-office space. She is experienced in operations management and is very organized and detail-oriented. Kelsey joined our team in April 2018, recently growing into a new role as our Property & Asset Management Coordinator.
