Since 2010, Huntington Properties has been acting as the general contractor for tenant fit-ups to ensure the integrity of our properties while delivering quality spaces to meet our tenants’ needs. Huntington Construction and Development was born to eliminate the stress from our tenants of hiring and managing the build-out of their new spaces so that they can focus on their business.

We work with our tenants from initial conception to full completion while working in collaboration with designers, architects, engineers, and contractors to turn our tenant’s vision into reality. Our professional team is a one-stop shop and has completed over a hundred commercial fit-ups for office, retail, and industrial users.
